Low Carb USA was formed with the intention of exposing the real scientific research in the field of nutrition to the public at large.  This is achieved by hosting large scientific conferences where this research is presented and engaging in extensive traditional media and social media campaigns to maximize the exposure.  The company is also informed with coordinating coalition efforts to lobby congress for changes in the USDA dietary guidelines and for changes in the training for doctors and medical personal on the real consequences of diet on health.
